SENATOR KERRY, RELEASE THE FILES!

The mainstream media, cheered on by Senator Kerry's supporters and his campaign for the presidency, obtained remarkable access to President Bush's National Guard records.

Statement by Gary Aldrich: "Those of us who support President Bush's efforts to strengthen national security, as well as the administration's efforts to free Iraq and encourage Democracy in the Middle East, resent this obvious political attack and the waste of time it represents.

In an effort to mollify hyperventilating White House correspondents, President Bush even released his dental records. This is a clear attempt to humiliate a sitting president in a time of war - and the mainstream media should hang their heads in shame for their willing participation.

Nevertheless, as obnoxious as these forced disclosures were, producing these old records has settled the question of President Bush's military service to his country."

Therefore, in the current atmosphere of "full disclosure", Gary Aldrich and The Patrick Henry Center urge Senator John F. Kerry to immediately request, then release his military and other records, including FBI files in his name, which presumably contain important clarifications about Kerry's anti-Vietnam War activities.

It is well-established that Kerry was a key leader of the group known as "Vietnam Veterans Against the War," or, VVAW. It is also well-known that the FBI and other domestic intelligence agencies monitored the activities of VVAW, and kept files about their leadership and members' activities.

Today The Patrick Henry Center announces the formation of a multi-organizational coalition of concerned foundations, military veterans and former agents of various intelligence groups, including the FBI.

The Patrick Henry Center does not presume to know the truth about Senator Kerry's military service, nor is the Center in receipt of any information about Senator Kerry's FBI file, if indeed one exists. Only Senator Kerry can obtain these files and release them to the media. We urge Senator Kerry to do so without further delay, so the serious questions about these matters can be resolved.

I think it is the FIRST story they have done that reflects that Kerry hasn't released all of his military records.

Although I must say, given Kerry's recent behavior I think it's more important to see his medical records. There HAS GOT to be mental health care services in there somewhere.

As long as there's no political downside to withholding these records from the public, Kerry will continue to do so. If the MSM demands it, he'll have no option, but so long as the MSM is willing to be a lap dog rather than a watchdog, John Kerry's secrets will be safe.

Or as he says on the trail, "we've released all the papers we have and posted them on my website". Problem is, he must have "someone else" who has the papers he hasn't released. Parsing John Kerry is as difficult as parsing what any of my teenage daughters might say.

WHEREAS the FBI monitored your anti-American activities upon your return from Vietnam for more than a year and amassed a file that contains 14 boxes standing 12 feet high; and

WHEREAS there are discrepancies as to how you received three Purple Heart medals for wounds that never caused you to miss a day of your 4-month “service” in Vietnam; and
