We're patiently waiting for the printed version to go through the pipe-line and become available at the retsilers.

It's finished, had a proof generated that's been approved (10+ days ago), and is in the distribution chain. Normally it has taken 10 days to two weeks or so for the retailers to get the product in their SKUs.
