They are just trying to muddy the waters for people who only pay attention to quick sound bytes. That's all that matters to them.

I HEARD that too, that everyone has a political agenda and that the 'font expert' that debunked the fonts used has KKK background.....now what the HECK is that about ?? how can he say that without proving any such terrible thing??

Lots of people debunked the memos, I doubt it was directed as you say. Don't be so sure. It wasn't that long ago that a City Councilwoman claimed that Free Republic was a "hate group." I have no doubt that Felling is referring to Buckhead and considers FR to be aligned with the KKK.

The only thing that could trump this is ties to the Nazis.

Did a name get thrown in there that you missed perhaps or was there a name spoken? No name was spoken. Just that the 'font expert' that first debunked the memos had ties to the KKK.

He noticed that they weren't mono-spaced. Hell's bells, I'm no "font expert" but I know that if you want your work to look like a typewriter, choose "courier new".
I'm not a master criminal either, but if I wanted to make a passable forgery, I'd go out and get a vintage typewriter. What a buncha numbnut nimrods. Talk about a gang that can't shoot straight!

"Who cares? CBS has confessed. The fact that they are forgeries is undisputed." CBS only admitted they cannot authenticate the documents. They didn't say they were forgeries. As far as we are concerned they are forgeries. Actually, not forgeries, per se, as there are no originals to forge. That would make the docs fraudulent from the gitgo.

Distressing... Felling's organization does not seem terribly liberal, so I'm wondering why the accusation from him. His media-watchdog group has pointed out the discrepancy between mostly positive press for Democrats, amd uniformly negative press for Republicans. It's not great (ridiculously, it claims that late-night talk shows are harder on Dems than Republicans), but it does support the contention of books such as "Slander" and "Bias."
I can't find any association between the name "Buckeye" and the Klan, except that the Atlanta suburb of Buckeye was apparently a KKK stronghold in the 1920s.

No name was spoken. Just that the 'font expert' that first debunked the memos had ties to the KKK. So if I say that the Democrat Presidential Candidate is a pederast, it's okay because I didn't name names?
There was only one man who first debunked the memos, and that man is Buckhead. This is a known fact.
