Good article Writer. The MSM once had something priceless. They had the full attention, and the trust of America. But like an old maid who once commanded the attention of dozens of suitors, the MSM finally realized in a RUSH, that there is a new FOX on the block. The suitors don't come around anymore. Stubbornly the old maid holds onto pride in past glory, and would RATHER never admit that things have permanently changed. In a FreeRepublic, old maids don't really like "choice."

I've thought for a long time that we need to construct an e-mail chain. I think it could be done. Each one of us should know the e-mails for at least 25 Freepers. If we had to communicate we could send messages around the world in short order. We could post the names of everyone who is on our list, but not their e-mail addy. That way anyone who is not on a list could get on one. The e-mail exchange would be privately done.
