That's not the point.
You made the claim that a family of four, making $40,000, pays only $48 in federal income tax. That's bogus by my experience.

Now would you care to address the OTHER taxes the federal government takes in addition to income tax?

I'm no PERSON'S or GOVERNMENT'S slave. I pay the government a percentage of my income to, basically, protect me from foreign invaders. Most of this other BS should be shot out the window.
