That is SO WRONG!   Redistribution of wealth is one of the factors that fueled terrorism in the first place.   Saudi Arabia, when we set them up to harvest their oil, every Saudi Arabian became filthy rich.   Now, just a few generations later, all the money is back with those that had it before and the poor are poor again.
