TEXAS: Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat has been found guilty in abstentia and sentenced to death by the Home Court of Floyd Looney. “I have as much legitimacy and power as the International Court of Justice” Floyd Looney explained on his website. The Home of Floyd Looney is not a member of the United Nations and retains its sovereignty, he explained.
Arafat was found guilty of fomenting a campaign of genocide against the Israeli people and crimes against humanity, specifically training and equipping young children as homicide bombers.
The ruling comes after a 45-minute trial in which Judge Floyd Looney considered documentation from Palestinian Authority and pro-Israeli websites. The ruling is a blow to the Palestinian Authority that has been reeling ever since the government of Israel put up a barrier to block its homicide bombers.
The actual implementation of the ruling is the biggest problem since no country yet recognizes the Home Court and Arafat would never step foot inside the home of Floyd Looney. “If he steps foot in my jurisdiction he is a dead man” Floyd Looney tells this reporter “There are no waiting limits imposed before the sentence would be carried out”.
The ruling is to be forwarded by e-mail to the Palestinian Authority in the next few days. “I haven’t got the transcripts completed yet, that might take longer than expected,” said Looney. |
