This Romanian blogger "soj" has more details and research about the Nick Berg case than anywhere else I've found online, and I've looked pretty hard. Anybody with a brain knows that the "known facts" about this guy's life and adventures in Iraq simply don't add up. The blog itself is anti U.S. and not a place for conservatives to frequent - but you have to admire the guy for his tenacity on this story. Worth a read!

There is a very weird opinion piece by Nick's father in today's Guardian(UK). The man is very ill--He blames Bush for not having looked into his son's eyes and praises his son's killers, saying they did and that they undoubtedly had learned what a wonderful person he was, and felt his breath on their hands as they beheaded him..Beyond mad..
