OK, so now it's Free Republic's fault that the barbarians slaughtered Nick Berg? Nice try, but I think not. I can't see the military using FR as an intelligence tool. They have many more methods of gathering info.
Looks like FR has become so influential politically that folks on the left are trying mightily to discredit it.

A list is posted on FR that names a firm for which Nick's father worked.
Nick gets killed my Muslim terrorists.
