I agree that he shouldn't have to *apologize*. At the most Rummy can say this happened on his watch and will be responsible for cleaning up the mess.
What this all brings to mind is whatever happened to the charge of TREASON. With all the crap we've been hearing from big mouth senators who love to trash our troops and President, you would think someone would be formally accused of treason by now.
