The passenger in a stolen vehicle had nothing to do with the murder of 3000 innocent Americans. You need to take a deep breath, and learn what fair/just/humane/acceptable is!

If we have taken the 19 monsters that did such a deed, or bin Laden their leader, we would have the right to strip them naked, and cut them apart inch by inch, and I would be with you saying screw the world opinion and the justice system. This case is different, most of these prisoners are imprisoned on minor charges in order that we may restore law and order in that hell hole that we have gotten ourselves into. I have no problem taking prisoners in without a proof, but there is no, there should never be any defense for stripping naked a bunch of males, and force them in a pile of human flesh while a lesbian bitch laughs at them. I don't for one minute think his one and only message is going to be "Mistreatment of prisoners is wrong and we're sorry it happened, that is not how soldiers are trained".

There is nothing wrong with saying that, as it is true. But it is not ALL he's going to say.

And that is NOT what the dems mean by wanting an apology or Rumsfeld to step down.

What they mean is that the president and Rumsfeld authorized this type of treatment. That is what they mean and the dems will NEVER be able to prove such a vile lie, and they certainly won't be able to extract an admission of such.

Lieberman is one of the only rats with an ounce of integrity. I could never vote for him but at least he's decent. I'm not really too sad that we've made a mockery of thieves, rapists, murders etc. The don't seem to care much about us eg. 9/11, those contractors who were desecrated etc. Rummy does not need to say he's sorry. I do think however, these pictures came out to try to subvert the election. They've now made a mockery of our military which is aiding and abetting the enemy.
