Not sure what to think of Woodward. His other book on Bush, called Bush at War was a positive look at the decisions that led up to the war on terror. In fact, he speaks about how right after the attack on 911 the administration wondered for a few minutes if Iraq was involved. There was no concern on Woodward's part then about the decisions being made.
