Suppensions according to degree like weeks, month, 6 mos. etc.

We are a family arent we and it hard for all to get along all of the time, there should be a forum where members can go with antagonist allowed to follow on that ONE forum.
Something needs to be done where FR are able to have a voice somewhere without being subject to those who badger with reiterating the same attacts from thread to thread!
