A former poster who was banned from this site because someone complained that he was stalking her. In reality, the stalking consisted of about a days worth of MUTUAL emails (some pointed), freepmails and 5 posts over 3 days time. He also runs designeduniverse.com- set up to discuss intelligent design and other topics of interest to conservative Christians and seekers.

ALS is the guy on the Designed Universe website who is sending JR the emails threatening him with unspecified mayhem and a libel suit.

He used to post on Free Republic but was booted, as I understand it, because he send similar types of emails to Alamo-Girl, which she interpreted as stalking.

For reasons which escape me, ALS's supporters on Free Republic don't think the type of emails ALS sends to people are stalking, nor particularly threatening.

Well, I agree that being threatened with a libel suit isn't all that scarey, given that truth is a defense, but litigation isn't any fun for anybody except the lawyers.

Also, there are vague unspecified threats, not just libel, and I will let you read between the lines to decide what they are for yourself.

When I said that Alamo Girl interpreted ALS' emails and PMs to her as stalking, I didn't mean that they weren't.

Clearly there are threats involved and malice exhibited.
