Dear Free Republic Friends,
My old friend and brother-in-arms BADJOE has promised to warm the cockles of our hearts by publishing an expose (the truth about JimRob and Free Republic according to Joe) on the 18th of this month, which represents the one year anniversary of the date he last posted to FreeRepublic.com and started up with LibertyPost.org.
So, as I believe that only the truth can set you free, and based upon the stratergery of pre-emptive strike, I have a confession to make (before BADJOE makes it public):
I have poisoned the well.
By my sly innuendos behind the scenes.
By my intellectual ineptitude.
By not trusting those that brung me to the dance to bring me home.
By my biting every hand that fed me.
By my arrogance that causes me to think I did it all by myself.
By my stubborness not because of principle, but because of my lack of ability to see what is transpiring.
Evidenced by:
One would think that with half again as many Freepers. with a recovering economy, It would take a great deal less time to raise the necessary funds.
By this time in the June 2002 effort with a goal of $70,000 we had raised $73,000. Not because of who did the fundraising, but because the sense of purpose, of family, of comaraderie, was still present.
BADJOE rang the warning bell, but none heard.
Conclusion:
It is a sad day.
For what was once a great hope, a means of bringing together those who are willing to pay dearly in blood, sweat, and money to save this country, we all love, has been reduced to an asterisk.
So sayeth BADJOE as he promises to publish all this and much more on the 18th. He's been feverishly working on this "project" for one full year. In addition to the "truth about JimRob" BADJOE intends to further betray our trust placed in him by revealing the names of our moderators. And who knows what else?
I can hardly wait.

I can point out a logical fallacy. Once in a while, confronted with implausible obtuseness, a little sarcasm can escape my keyboard. However, I'm happier composing the answer to some outlandish creationist technical claim than I am arguing about who is closer to being just like Hitler/Stalin/Satan. That kind of thing is so obviously off-topic on a thread about a science article I'm amazed that some posters go there like filings to a magnet.
What DittoJed2 seeks to make the world safe for, and what A-G has described from a perspective more familiar to most witnesses, was an organized thread trolling. As already mentioned, PatrickHenry once characterized it in terms of a motorcycle gang crashing a picnic. There aren't too many science threads left on FR from early June; they kept getting pulled. Don't try to tell me the picnickers suddenly started doing something different, although I suppose they did sort of draw the picnic baskets in a circle once it was obvious what was going on.
Me neither. That'll teach me to randomly hold down the asterik key...

A number of posters here have read the threads at DesignedUniverse and remarked about a “hit list” of Freepers who have been targeted by them to be banned.
A total falsehood. No creationist has called on anyone FR to be banned. On the very last evolution thread evolutionists called for the banning of myself and Dittojed2. It is also the Christians that are getting banned around here, not the atheist evolutionists which you have allied yourself with. The only 'banned' evolutionist - Aric2000 has been allowed to return under another name.
In the middle of discussing those threads on this forum, the threads on DesignedUniverse were hidden from public view.
You accuse others of stalking, but you go around looking for dirt on people to other sites. Unlike you, who have published personal e-mails and approved of the use of them to ban a fellow Christian no such thing has been done to you or to evolutionists. By your deeds you have shown complete lack of character, and a totally unChristian disregard for the most basic principles of civilized conduct. You have no right to preach to anyone.

If one wants to see coordinated attacks one can look at almost any cr-evo thread and the continual harassment of myself and others trying to discuss the facts, not the people. A good example is the latest thread which through the baiting and insults of Vade Retro got pulled into the smokey backroom Scientists Vei to Break Junk DNA where at about post# 90 when the thread showed how evolution was wrong, the usual suspects Vade, Patrick, Aric2000 (aka Ogmios) started for 500 some posts insulting me specifically and spamming the entire thread. Examples of the same filthy behavior can be found at almost any cr-evo thread which can be found on Cr-Evo List.
As to your hypocrisy and deceitfullness, complete proof of it can be found in the thread where you betrayed your Christian friends. The specific posts on the thread discussing a civility agreement where you hypocritically excused all the incivility of the evolutionists and supported the attacks upon me for having the nerve to bring it up are:

BTW - your allying yourself with and defending the actions of posters who regularly call Christians 'Liars for Christ' seems very unChristian behavior on your part.
