What right is it that would be overridden by teaching creationism alongside evolution? Name it. The "right to not be offended" maybe? I'm familiar with that one - that is the one that denies a valedictorian the right to mention the name Jesus Christ because it offended on single person (tyranny of the lone protestor). City councils act on majority votes all the time as is consistent with "representative democracy". If my city council votes to include creationism, how is that synonymous with mob rule?
