I am not trying to be argumentative, but he didn't pay the kid off yesterday. He was very well off when he paid the $25 million.

You're right there!!...those actions are very sick and anyone who does that should be punished and put away...away from society.

But, as far as MJ, I have no word except a 13 year olds with a gold diggin momma..and for all we know...the kid could of peeked at mommas command...telling her son to find something on him. Who knows...I wish some more kids would come forward....then I would believe it all. Is he the only one?

The solid proof comes from Jacko's own mouth. Check what the kid said. What struck me the most was that warning flags went up LONG before we got to behavior that's outside Jacko's norm. Normal people don't spend 3 hours talking to somebody else's kid about video games on transcontinental long distance. And yet we KNOW, because Jacko's proudly declares it, that he invites children to sleep overs and "shares his bed" with them.

You wouldn't have to be perfect, but you would have to NOT go on at length about how much you love sleeping with children. Child molestors don't deserve fair trials, to steal a line from Heavy Metal: hanging's too good for them.

Why do you even need the word of the kid? Jacko's words are ll you need. The stuff he ADMITS (that he proudly declares doing) doing fits 100% within the MO of child molestors.
He's obsessed with children
He's never had a serous relationship with a woman
He surounds himself with the artifacts of childhood
He surounds himself with children
He "shares his bed" (those are his words) with children
He insists that all of these things he does are perfectly normal and that everybody should try it out

That right there is 100% unmistakable possitive proof that the guy is a child molestor. All of that is straight from him, no third parties involved that might be lieing, his words. I don't need the affidavit of anybody else to know with absolute certainty that Jacko is a child molestor, he's admitted it all by himself.

Actually, the boy was removed from his mother's custody. She didn't seem to have a problem with what was happening. She's the sickest one of all if you ask me.

But someone else already posted that on this thread, I think in response to something else you said. The mother didn't file the suit.

If you think that this boy knew about the underside of Jackson's penis because he somehow "took a peek", you need to ask why the owner of said penis was showing it.

I am not saying this to defend MJ because I think he is guilty of child molestation & belongs behind bars, but wealthy people *do* pay off sometimes even if they are innocent.

The solid proof came right out of the horses...a..er horse's mouth on national television. Any 44 year old man sleeping with kids is sick and twisted. He doesn't need to use them for his psychotherapy and reclamation of his childhood. Whether he had sex with them or not, he compromises their sexuality by subjecting them to intimate situations they are not mature enough for. It's one of the first steps in grooming a kid for a sexual relationship with an adult. Maybe you should research pedophilia and how pedos operate. Maybe you should try cultivating a little common sense before participating on FR.

Anyone catch Leno's 'interview' with Jackson last night? I about died. It was hilarious, Cyrano and I were here howling with laughter. Leno took pieces of the TV interview and pieced together his own mock interview... I wish I could get an mpeg of it.

Yeah - read through the papers. I find it interesting that the kid made the point to include that the sexual relationship did not happen all at once. Those that aren't familiar with the grooming process would likely jump right into the bad stuff which isn't how it happens. And why would he include the detail about Jackson starting to cry, if it fake? Of what use is that detail in his case?

I missed the Leno interview, but I did see Rita Cosby (I think that's her name) fawning over Jermaine. His theory on why kids (little boys) are so in love with Michael is as follows:

"Well, we are cartoons once, you know, that has an effect on people."

That's my paraphrase, but that's really close to what he said.

One HUGE problem with that is the time line. I mean, weren't the Jackson's cartoons 30 years ago????
