Also...just wondering...but don't you guys kind of go into the bathroom and expose your.....and anyone can see? Also..in a gym or shower room?
I know in my gym..there are young girls (I'm talking as young as 5 and 6) taking hip hop classes who walk in the shower/locker/bathroom and old ladies/young ladies/middle aged ladies are totally naked walking out of the shower to their lockers...then dressing. All innocent.

If you SUED the person then you'd be going after money. All winning a suit does is stack up legal fees, if the person offers to settle out of court from your side it's just money. NOw pressing criminal charges is another matter.
Jacko's a sick pervert, just watch him, see the interviews, look at the behavior. No way that twisted puke isn't buggering the little boys he said he "loves sleeping with". Those are his own words. He quickly qualified that it wasn't sexual of course. But the truth is pretty obvious in his behavior. Took his new born baby daughter from the hospital before they'd even washed the birth yuck off. NUT JOB. PERRVERT. Defending him does no good for you. Write him off and pray no children you know get within 100 miles of the scumbag.

First...why do you say the kid would be torn to peices? Then so would Jackson right? Jackson is a grown man who can reap what he sows. He is not, despite his best efforts, 12, and he wasn't then either. (That's kind of the point.)
A child is another matter. The option of settlement with a guaranteed outcome and no obligation to subject the child to a trial and all that entails, would have to be seriously weighed by any parent who gave a damn about his offspring.
Protecting other's interests at the expense of your own child's best interests is what you would do, no matter what?
You can't be a parent.
Like I said, it would be very easy to rationalize that Jackson had been publicly exposed, the settlement speaks for itself, and that the world has been warned. Your child is guaranteed that Jackson pays for his abuse. Your child will have security, and will not have to be subjected to a high-publicity ordeal, or have to face his abuser or his lawyers in open court. It was reasonable for the Dad to agree Jackson would settle a great deal of money on the boy, and that would be the end of the civil matter. The criminal case is not closed, BTW.

Why would any parents allow their kids to go there ...especially if they know him better than we do?

Why would anybody vote for Bill Clinton?
News flash: there are STUPID people in this world. They're all over the place. Some of them have kids. Some of them let obviously twisted f#cks near their kids. Last year some guy in Pennsylvania got busted for child molestation. He was single, had no kids of his own, had parties for kids in the neighborhood all the time, including sleep overs. Gosh, that sounds just like Jacko's MO. Some people are too trusting, others are just damn stupid.
Some of them are probably hoping for a little fame from Michael, I wouldn't be suprised if he forks over a pile of money for his little rentals. Of course Wonderland is pretty cool, has a zoo and stuff; nice place for kids to hang out especially if the sexual predator that runs the place is somewhere else, like Europe that should be far enough for the kids to be safe. I doubt most of them know him at all. Of course now that he has his own kids he doesn't need to borrow anymore.
Nothing about Jacko's behavior would indicate that he's remote normal. He handles kids like they're plastic dolls (remember him dangling one off the balcony in France). By his own admission he was so obsessed with having kids that for years he caried a plastic doll around... as an ADULT. Two of his three kids are the product of artificial insemination with a woman he's never known in the Biblical sense (again this is all from him, didn't you at least catch the hilights of his interviews earlier this week).

The only way anybody could see something in the bathroom is if they're in the urinal, we don't unzip at the door and wander around the room with the flag out. As for the gym, yeah but that's THE GYM, not home. And whatever one's rules are at home they damned well better be different when there's company, ESPECIALLY if that company is underaged. And remember the incriminating birthmark is supposed to be on the underside base, not a highly visible area. About the only "oops" that could show that is if the kid caught him playing the flute (as it were), not exactly innocent (that's one of the rules that should change when you have underaged company: no self pleasure in non-hermetically sealed rooms).

I just need to see some solid proof before I jump to conclusions...I would hope that everyone would. I wouldn't want some of you on my jury...I'd have to be the 'perfect' everything for you to even consider giving me a fair trial!

I wouldn't want some of you on my jury Probably what makes this so complicated for you is the parents are knowingly allowing their rugrats to hang with him in the first place. It would take an adult to physically catch him in the act or have it captured on a hidden camera. That would be impossible for that to happen because nobody could get through his security apparatus. From what my wife told me from watching the show, even the FBI and police has to have an appointment to come on the premisses.Only in California.I personally feel that he's molesting them,he has Chester the Molester written all over his face. His obsession with kids is a good indicater, especially the teen white boys.We may never have any physical evidence if there's no penetration involved.

>>>>>>>Innocent people don't pay>>> I am not saying this to defend MJ because I think he is guilty of child molestation & belongs behind bars, but wealthy people *do* pay off sometimes even if they are innocent. It is easier & cheaper than going before a jury & being convicted not because you are guilty but because you are a member of the *evil* rich. (It can happen)

What is even more strange than Jackson himself are those pinheads who still worship him. Did you see the Bashir interview? Did you see all of those girls in Germany who were throwing themselves at him and crying when he hugged them? What on earth could be going through their empty heads that would prompt them even to touch this freak...much less act like a hug from him is a religious experience?
To: Ditter
It might can happen, but a man who's whole image depends on what the public thinks of him would not pay 25 milliuon dollars if he was innocent.

I'm not a guy. But I do have an 11 year old son. And the day some 44 year old obvioulsy homosexual/freak tries to show him his penis is the day that person starts to wish they had never been born.
There is no excuse for a grown man to show a child his penis. There is no reason for that same man to insert it into the mouth of a child.
Jackson may not pay here on Earth, but he will pay for what he has done.

It is also not the norm for celebs to take "children" with them on trips around the world, whether the parents come along or not.
Maybe Sungirl would like to let her kids stay alone with Michael....
not me,

Solid proof is that the kid could and did identify a birthmark on the underside of Jackson's penis. There is no other event except molestation that accounts for that child knowing about that small and not visible from a casual glance birthmark.
Which is why Jackson paid the big bucks. He knew he was busted.

So many people have given this guy a pass for so many years. He was totally a media creation anyway. He was somewhat talented, but lots of people can write a few good dance songs. And the rest of his music is just disposable. If it hadn't of been for MTV, Jackson would have stayed where he belonged, in the cut out bin.

Deuteronomy 18:10 There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch,
2 Kings 16:3 But he walked in the way of the kings of Israel, yea, and made his son to pass through the fire, according to the abominations of the heathen, whom the LORD cast out from before the children of Israel.
2 Kings 17:17 And they caused their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire, and used divination and enchantments, and sold themselves to do evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
2 Kings 21:6 And he made his son pass through the fire, and observed times, and used enchantments, and dealt with familiar spirits and wizards: he wrought much wickedness in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
2 Kings 23:10 And he defiled Topheth, which is in the valley of the children of Hinnom, that no man might make his son or his daughter to pass through the fire to Molech.
2 Chronicles 33:6 And he caused his children to pass through the fire in the valley of the son of Hinnom: also he observed times, and used enchantments, and used witchcraft, and dealt with a familiar spirit, and with wizards: he wrought much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke him to anger.
Because people are evil Sungirl.
(Canaanite god of fire to whom children were offered in sacrifice; he is also known as an Assyrian god. He is attested as early as the 3d millennium b.c., although most known references to him come from the later period represented by the Hebrew Bible, according to which Solomon and later Ahaz introduced the worship of him into Judah. He had a sanctuary at Tophet, in the valley of Hinnom S of Jerusalem.)

He's not worth a billion. Everything he owns, including the Lennon McCartney songs, are in hock.
And he's getting no appreciable money in from his latest CD. It floped.
