I just was lurking on the Peterson thread and am amazed at the parallels with the VD "abduction".

On that thread, people are accusing the husband of killing his wife because of the following:

Lying to police.

Not showing "real" grief.

Selling a car.

Having sex with at least one other woman.

Being the last one to see her alive.

Having a dog for protection.

Man, all this "evidence" cetainly mirrors my, and some other's, thoughts about Damon Van Dam...how ironic that those who were unwilling to consider Damon a suspect, now accuse Peterson, DUE TO THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES.

I'm not saying Peterson is innocent, quite the contrary, I think he is involved in Laci's disappearance, just as I thought these same particulars pointed towards Damon's complicity.

So there were 2 blood spots in garage?...in doorway and the other one?

Annette Peer tested the garage floor blood and it was human with inconclusive results....but I don't recall that spot being in the doorway.

It's too bad Scott didn't settle down with the wife in his own hometown. The cops there are much quicker at finding someone to blame.

That Nancy Grace etal are coming on TV. in the Laci case and saying that Scott should not be trusted because he had an affair, and lied about it- and his comings and goings..

Well, the Van Dam's did the same thing. They lied to the police for a long time about sex, drugs, and swapping relationships and their comings and goings. But yet, The Nancy Graces' told us that we needed to believe in the VD's, inspite of those facts.

In this case I believe that Scott probably did do it. However, I still believe that Damon knows more about what really happened to Danielle than anyone else.

Their lawsuits claim deputies made false arrests, because a judge ruled that someone other than a police officer has to be offended by allegedly lewd behavior to make it a crime.

Interesting line of demarcation, not a good one either.

I remember there was a blood spot around the doorway area that led to the garage. I recall that they concluded it was from the dog.

Well Well, I recall that there was some issue about the VD's taking out a policy on Danielle, don't know if that was ever proven....

What I find most interesting about the Peterson case is the fact that Scott must have studied the VD case real good. The VD's were always infront of the camera's "keeping the focus" on finding Danielle. Scott did the same thing. But he has not been as successful as the VD's. Maybe he should have hired a PR firm or hired someone like Brenda with a mouth.. Gee the TV Hippo's would have bought that.. He would probably come out looking as innocent as Damon.....

The stain was either before/along the door threshhold of the garage door. I Remember that the garage door was at the bottom of the stairs.

I remember the hair and blood (on the gate) was concluded to be from the dog.

There was blood stain on the concrete outside of the garage door leading to the side yard. I don't remember what the conclusion was on that. I wondered why they didn't test the drag marks (at the house) sideyard soil for dna & fibers. They tested the soil for dna & fibers where she was found.

It was said that Scott DID hire a PR team, and then I heard no more. (Maybe he dropped them, OR maybe his sister-in-law Janie Peterson is his PR team).

The VD's purged themselves of Danielle's Bedroom, and turned it into a TV room for "the boys".

Scott purged himself way too soon, it was more like someone would do in a "divorce".

I believe the VD's remodeled in February or March. Possibly April. They wanted to get rid of all the yucky stuff LE left behind from their investigation and evidence collecting.
