I have found that some people think that a person asking 'so many questions' is an idiot.
I have found it to be the opposite. Those that don't ask questions are the 'idiots'.
Those that ask questions are intelligent, open minded, and want enough information to fully evaluate an issue.
Since it seemed very obvious that DW didn't do the crime, that does leave out there WHO DID, and WHY was the justice system so bent on convicting DW regardless?
Maybe it wasn't the Justice system initiating the 'thumbs-down'. Maybe it was due to media involvement.
The killer could have been a total stranger.
The killer could have been BROOKE or ROWLAND.
The killer could have been Judge Mudd,Woody Clarke,Jeff Dusek for all we know.
This was certainly a case of 'MURDER BY MEDIA' for DW.
What we haven't even thought of is that the true killer might not have been a member of the justice system, or LE, or Cali. Politics.
It may have been a member of the MEDIA. That may explain the events that went on during the case of DW and Danielle much easier.

1990: The headline-grabbing corruption prosecution and conviction of former San Diego Mayor Roger Hedgecock is thrown out when it is revealed that the bailiff in his trial had assured jurors Hedgecock was guilty, plied them with liquor during deliberations, talked over the evidence with them, partied with them during and after deliberations, and told them that a previous hung jury had failed to do its job by focusing on meaningless details raised by the defense. The bailiff and jurors admitted this gross misconduct to state law enforcement officials shortly after Hedgecocks conviction. There is no question this sort of misbehavior tainted the case and automatically entitled Hedgecock to a new trial, but prosecutors in San Diego kept this information secret for five years. When the improprieties finally came to light only after the California Supreme Court compelled prosecutors to divulge the information they had guarded so long Hedgecock was exonerated.
