Funny thing...the LAST Civil War was started over States Rights issues regarding SLAVERY. You can't even defend the postion of the South without being regarded as some racist a-hole. And now, you can't even defend THIS States Rights issue over marijuana prohibition without being labled a "doper".

I guess it's always the weirdest crap that gets the Fed vs. State issues boiling over....sometimes I HAVE to wonder if a little civil war might not be a bad idea, though....

Im of the opinion that only individuals have rights so in the 1st civil war the South would be in the wrong( and besides they fired 1st). If they were leaving the union to avoid tariff extortion that would be legitimate and a diffrent story.
