For crying out loud, this herd mentality "They suck, we rule" is ridiculous. Let them talk about what ever they want even if it doesn't fit with your specific definition of "conservative." There is a large spectrum of information and opinions out there.

True. I like FR because it's a mixture of opinions and it stays mostly civil. I don't agree with many threads being pulled but I don't get to see what got it pulled most of the time and even when things end up just flamewars, it tells me about those posters all I need to know about them. We're not supposed to always agree because then there wouldn't be anything to discuss.

I have misgivings. FR was supposed to be THE site for activism on the conservative side.

Instead i am hearing that more and more people are leaving, including luminaries in the movement. FR is eating itself from within.
