I'm sad to say that my 14 year old daughter knows all about this kind of thing, since several 8th grade sluts at her school openly brag about performing oral sex on certain boys.

Even more horrifying: Daughter told me that a boy at school she barely knows asked her "Do you spit or swallow?" She didn't know what that meant, and was grossed out when I told her.

I honestly believe that the further dumbing down of basic standards of decency and modesty are a result of The Rapist President and the sleazy "It-doesn't-matter-what-you-do-in-your-personal-life" tone that was set during his tenure.

I run a tutoring business in a suburb of Los Angeles. I see this sort of thing happening all the time. Oral sex is even more common than and casual than the "good night kiss" was back when I was a teenager.

Back in 2000, there was an oral sex ring comprised of some 6 girls at the Catholic 8th grade. These girls had been servicing most of the 8th and 7th grade boys at the school.

Of course, the liberal nun who was the principal would indoctrinate the kids day in and day out about the horrors of polluting the planet or helping the homeless. She just didn't feel it was important to teach the kids about what Christ said about pre-marital sex.

Not the same Catholic Church I was raised in I'll tell you.

You know, that is definitely behavior similar to how prostitutes think and talk to one another...bragging and comparing notes. It probably won't be long till these girls ARE getting paid for it. I can see it now, a girl says "no" and one of these boys from the suburbs (young, dumb and full of it with more money than sense) offers her money to take care of him...and maybe even more $$ to do it w/o a condom. To me, it's inevitable.
Maybe I'm looking too far into it, but I'm training myself to think these things through as far as my kids go.

Just out of curiousity, how much trouble would she have been in for slapping him? (IMHO, that's the only appropriate response to that kind of question. Except maybe if it was a doctor asking.)

If your answer is "a whole truckload of industrial-strength trouble," then we clearly have a sign that the schools' priorities are bass-ackwards.
