Plus, often that is equated with castration, which involves removal of the testicles. Since this female circumcision removes tissue relating to pleasure, and they leave the ovaries in place, (thank Allah - can you imagine removing THEM with a broken piece of glass?????) it isn't the same as castration in a male. See how difficult it is to find an equal treatment in a male?
In addition, the external and internal labia are protective in function, and to remove them literally "opens up" the area to infection. Also, these poor women must pee all over themselves since they have no "aim" mechanism left! That would make it tough to squat and pee without wetting yourself and maybe THAT is why they don't object so much to covering their faces since they are most likely constantly embarrassed.
The fact that they don't want women to have any sexual pleasure makes it even easier to hate them, doesn't it? The kind of man who would dream up this torture is simply sick. Since they aren't men enough for a whole woman, they have to cut her up. Sick, sick, sick.
