Please, no war is civil; the unpleasantness of 1861-1865 is properly referred to as "the war of [evil] Yankee aggression".

No, it is called THE CIVIL WAR , or THE WAR BETWEEN THE STATES, or THE WAR BETWEEN NORTH & SOUTH, etc. To call it " the war of EVIL Yankee aggression, is carrying forward the same sort of mallevilant rot, as Osama bi Laden uses toay against the USA.

The South lost, get over it. No one, outside of the South ( and I suspect not even ALL Southerners ) thinks much about this; let alone obsesses over it.

Of, dueing this time, YOU still have even " blood lust ", and apparent hatred for " evil " Yankees, then everytime I see you, I shall start out with some canard, but disrespecting nastiness about people from the South. How would you like that ? Not much, I bet. Well, it is VERY offensive , to your fellow Freepers, to be called nasty names, and have some Southerners continually imugn and malign those of us who aren't Southerners. My family wasn't even here, for that war.
