I believe you’re referring to the episode “Home” season 4 Episode 2.
After the first airing it never played again that I know of.
It wasn’t banned but due to the graphic content ot eas decided to not show it again.
I have been watching episodes regularly on the Comet channel for quite some time now and have never seen it.
Pretty hard-core for the 90s.

It’s pretty much legal in 18 states to marry your 1st cousin. I’ve known 2 people who have. As far as I know, their offspring did not follow suit.
