it says no in person meet ups... um.. then how does the cheating occur?
If they say they will meet up, then they are guilty.
They are calling on line flirting "cheating". Which while it may be a step down the road so may be interacting with any female.
Like most "news stories" this one is a gross overstatement of reality.
