Kelly Pierce, a former player and coach for women's soccer team FC Tucson, has died suddenly at the age of 43.
The team made the announcement on Saturday. According to Tucson.Com, she died on Friday at the age of 43 from sudden cardiac arrest.
'Kelly was a talented and charismatic leader both as a player and a coach,' Tuscon founder Jon Pearlman said in a statement.
'She was committed to elevating not just women’s soccer but all women’s sports as a champion for gender equality. Most importantly, Kelly was a devoted mother and fierce advocate for not just her children or young female soccer players, but all children.'
Arizona-based Pierce, who was coaching at Salpointe Catholic High School, leaves behind three sons and a partner, Joey. She won six state championships in eight years at Salpointe and also played for the team in her youth.
'It is with heavy hearts that the Salpointe community shares the news of varsity women’s soccer Coach Kelly Pierce’s passing,' the school said
The current Tucson women's head coach Caylee Carter said Pierce was 'a role model who paved the way for female equality in the community.'
Carter added: 'I am heartbroken by her sudden passing. She leaves behind more than a legacy but a community of players, coaches, friends and family who will miss her deeply

And everyone asked.....
Safe. And effective.
Weird... I have yet to see a “died suddenly” announcement that told us their Covid jab status...
Insurance, have you ever seen any that mention COVID jab status. How would the media know since that’s private information?
I've never known a "Joe" or a "Joseph" who continued going by the nickname of "Joey" after, say, the age of eight.
What gives?
Regards,
By asking.
What a concept!
Regards,
I don’t know what happened here but I know s woman that not only took ALL of the jabs but she made sure ALL of her offspring got them to - including her 10-11-year-old daughter.
I tried in vain to talk a lot of people out of the jabs at that time.
I wish they would do autopsies on people who died suddenly like this person, it would hopefully clear up some things.
As a person who underwent open heart surgery about 1 year ago, I became a lot more aware of situations that someone could die suddenly from heart related issues with no warning signs at all.
I had no symptoms, and a routine checkup by my primary care physician which led to open heart surgery 3 months later. I was told I was born with a deformed aortic valve, which led to an aortic aneurysm, both of which were repaired, while in the hospital I had to have a pacemaker implanted to clear up the rhythm of my heart.
I never took the Covid vaccine, had the aortic aneurysm burst, it would have been all over for me, when I investigated aortic aneurysms before surgery, I discovered they almost never have symptoms prior to rupture, they are almost always discovered as a result of looking at something else.
I firmly believe had I taken the Covid Vaccine, I would not be here right now, I could have died if my primary care doctor did not detect the heart murmur I had from the defective valve which led to finding the aneurysm.
Do people die suddenly from heart related issues brought on by the Covid Vaccine, absolutely they do, they also die suddenly from actual heart related issues that have nothing to do with the Covid Vaccine.

Aye carumba
My 37 year old nephew died of a rare cancer last year. No cancer in either family, but everybody fully vaccinated.
Climate Change or racist Whites.
Young. Athletic and “in good shape” as an active coach. Like many thousands of others who died too young after 2021.
My sympathies to her family.
Yikes 😳
I have a brother named Joseph but we only call him Joseph. The neighborhood we lived in called him Joey for some reason, nobody in our family did. My father was also Joseph, went by Joe but may have been called Joey in his youth.
God had plans for you, srm.
Good on you for finding something else to do that fine day in 2021 they were handing out (mandatory) vexxationation tickets on your block.
That was exactly my point!
It's fine to go by "Joey" when the person calling your name is a kid from the neighborhood gang, standing outside of your home, impatiently throwing a baseball into a mitt.
Outside of the fields of entertainment and sports (and the Mafia), it's undignified.
Regards,
It could be the equivalent of the Southern penchant for calling all James people Jimmy, including one of our Presidents.
P.S. also a penchant for calling men by their middle names. In my father’s family he was the only male who was called by his first name, and he never knew why, though he passed that unique practice down to his son, who passed it down to my son.
Do you harass the families of recently deceased people? Not that families necessarily know what their relatives did about vaccines.
