I’ve frozen HUNDREDS of bodies in world’s biggest cryogenics lab including Brit girl, 14 – my whole family has signed up

Several facilities in the US, UK and across the world have morgues full of frozen human heads, bodies and even pets waiting for science to let them live again.

The controversial process of being cryo-preserved has been dubbed a "lottery ticket to immortality" by some hopeful people.

The hope is that people with terminal illnesses could be woken up a time when such diseases and illnesses are curable.

But the goal of cryo is still a long shot - and coming back to life is still not a guarantee.

More than 500 people are floating inside giant thermos bottles filled with liquid nitrogen known as a Dewar.

Inside the chilling chambers, the body is wrapped in several layers of insulating material, and attached to a stretcher with the head angled downwards to keep the brain as cold and as stable as possible.

The corpses lay for years, decades and potentially even centuries as scientists and doctors hunt for the cure to diseases - and ultimately cheat death.

At Cryonics Institute in Clinton Township, Michigan, it costs around £22,000 to be preserved in a -195C liquid nitrogen tank for decades to come.

You've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

"You get can buried or cremated and we know what happens to the though those people, they won't ever be repaired, rejuvenated, or reversed, back into a healthy age.

"The grave is your only real alternative and that's complete oblivion. So we want to defeat man's greatest enemy - death itself."

Founded in 1976, Dennis' life goal at Cryonics Institute is to "try to alleviate suffering and pain and to help restore life whenever possible".

Let me tell you how it will start. Say you had a pet dog that you have had for many years. It was very loyal to you and obeyed all your commands and wishes and you became very fond of one another. But a poor dogs lifespan is not very long, maybe 14-18 years. So, before the dogs health deteriorates to far, you have its brain scanned and recorded. After they die, you have their DNA subtracted and you have it inserted into your new pet dog so he looks just like your old dog. After he is about 8 months old, you have all the data reimplanted from your old friend who is now gone. Now you have your old friend back,, for the next 14-18 years. If successful, since it is dealing with animals, protocols probably have not been violated and human testing and implementation would be next.

In the far Solar System temperatures are very cold all the time. No freezing required. If you want to waste your money on such things that would be the way to do it .

I am impressed that so many Japanese companies survived World War II.

I think one key to institutional longevity is to have a mono-culture with strong ties to tradition and family.

We are doomed on that score.

That would be testing that would make sense—and if there are issues we would find out what they are....by actually landing the plane.

Lol.

About 30 years or so ago the wife and I would go to Blockbuster to rent the newest movie releases and also some old favorites to entertain us for the weekend. About that time home computers were really taking hold. I told her then that it wouldn’t be long before we would be able to watch any movie at the click of the mouse any time we wanted, that day is here, what will we have 30 years from now.

In fact since we do not understand the human soul we don’t know how this stuff works at all.

It is like going to play at a casino where you don’t speak the language and don’t understand any of the games.

Freezing is easy, thawing out is hard, probably impossible.

Thawing out is easy—saving the patient is the hard part.

Lol.

Imagine thawing out the patient with future affirmative action doctors....”I thought we already got rid of all the honkies around here....”

;-)

I think this is how Fallout 4 opens...

Let me know when they solve the problem of frozen water shredding cells. The water naturally within your body crystallizes and destroys the cells.

Anyone who’s eaten freezerburnt steak knows it’s not the same as fresh.

Amen

Besides, who would want to be resurrected into a WEF world when the option is paradise with our King?

No thanks. If the Liberals ran the USA for 500 years, it would be a HELLHOLE, if Trumpers ran it for 500 years, it would be utopia. I’m not sure if I want to be frozen.

I just remote viewed the site 500 years into the future.

I do see a small monument with some writing on it.

OK—I hacked away the brush and now I can read it....

“Ancient Torture Chamber

Primitive torture methods including repeated freezing and thawing and refreezing of prisoners to gain confessions and compliance.

While grave robbers have stolen most remains a few were incinerated and kept in urns to honor the dead.”

;-)

Amen brother.

That’s what they fear. They won’t accept him, so they look for ways in vain to cheat death.

I am reminded of an old cartoon from over 40 years ago.

In heaven, one of the men there is told...”We are sending you back. They are thawing you out!”

Even Peter Graves and the old time MI force ran a cryo con to get a hood to show were a large amount of stolen money was hidden.

Pretty good episode even if absurd like most episodes.

"The grave is your only real alternative and that's complete oblivion.

Guess again.......

So we want to defeat man's greatest enemy - death itself."

Actually, death is not man's greatest enemy. Man's greatest enemy is his own human nature.

The blessing of death is that it keeps evil people from living forever.

Put your faith in Jesus to save you, and when you die, you will attain the utopia you desire.
