Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott is a big fan of expressing himself through his tattoos. The 30-year-old has debuted tattoos in the past and recently decided to add to his collection.
It was revealed on Friday morning that Prescott chose to be sedated for 11 hours to finish his leg tattoo. The new artwork on his leg features Daffy Duck doing the quarterback's touchdown celebration.
The skyline of the city of Dallas is also included as well as tattoos honoring his role models. A "Jumpman" logo for Michel Jordan, the "Black Mamba" for Kobe Bryant and a picture of boxer Muhammad Ali.
The newest tattoos accompany other important aspects of Dak Prescott's life, which includes a sign for Pine Creek Estates, the mobile home park that he lived in when he was young.
The revelation that Prescott decided to undergo sedation to finish his tattoo left some fans speechless. Some referred to the quarterback as 'soft' for not tolerating the pain. Others were just left dumbfounded that sedation was even an option for a tattoo since it's not a necessity.

Here's a corresponding chart regarding choice of location: That is one reason I will not get a tattoo. Which ties in with the fact that I won't pay someone to stab me, repeatedly, with a sharp, pointy object.

Tattoo: a method of showing something that means little or nothing to most friends, family, and strangers.
Vanity, vanity.

(I am) trying to remember the names (the cities went along with that back then) of all of the NFL teams.
I remember, as a kid, getting pissed off when the games went into overtime, and I wasn't able to watch "The Wonderful World of Walt Disney"...
It was a totally different world back then.. and I would gladly go even a couple of decades prior, compared to today.

Agreed. Why should anyone be enamored with gazing at a new tattoo on a mediocre quarterback who predictably chokes at playoff time ? (In those rare instances when they get in the playoffs). I miss Staubach, Aikman, even Danny White.

I remember when the Eagles field was concrete with fake grass over top of it. Many a knee and playing career was destroyed on that stuff.

Was anybody left dumbfounded that he would choose to permanently mar his body with idolatry?
