A Japanese native has transformed himself into a canine after forking out more than $14,000 for a custom-made collie costume.
The private citizen, who goes only by Toco online, says the unusual garment has helped actualize his dream of “becoming an animal.”
Footage shared to Toco’s YouTube channel, where he boasts more than 32,000 subscribers, shows him clad in the costume as he frolics on a lawn, rolls on a floor, and plays fetch. Toco has even uploaded a video of himself venturing out in public as a dog for the very first time.

If he gets hurt while out for a walk, will he rip off the mask and ask to go to a (human) hospital, or will he bark and whimper, and allow himself to be taken to a vet?
The answer tells you if he is really a dog or not.
One goofball out of 7 billion. Why is anyone concerned about his mental health? Who cares. The facts are all over the place. This morning they said 20,000 spent. Now it’s 14,000? This whole story could be crap.
Exactly! I wrote the same thing. Facts all over the place. Sad so much attention given to something so insignificant. The priorities are so insane. I wonder if that’s why independent voters make up the vast majority now. Both parties focus on insignificance.

Clues: The “Dog’s” mouth remains clamped shut at all times.
All Collies, all such big dog’s I ever met breathe through their mouths a lot. Where’s that long pink tongue? Why can’t I see his bottom teeth?
The “Dog’s” eyes look moist, like glued on rhinestones, but they are fixed in position.
These eyes show no whites, nor do they follow me around if I get close. Average bystander would think Dog is either angry, drunk or hypnotized.
If a real Dog approaches, what then?
Real dogs would sniff each other.
There were a few anxious moments when he began chasing a group of people who were dressed as geese.
He wants to be a Rough Collie. Figures. He’s not smart enough to be a Border Collie.

Media give false narrative again. He did NOT tranform himself into a dog. He wore a reasonable facsimile of a dog costume.
