They have no ability to make such a judgement. It is perfectly legal to get drunk in ones home. The cops might rule the roads but, since before the Magna Carta, ones home is ones castle. The cops were totally wrong.

If they were having a drag queen party and smoking meth they would have ignored it.

She was low hanging fruit and the cops were trying to play badass. I hope they get sued for everything.
