Yes. A President wouldn’t “sometimes” wear a cpap for sleep apnea. If his old wrinkly skin showed actually mask marks, you’d see them every day.

My wife just made a convincing case via online images that this is “facelift tape”. It’s rectangular tape that they use to pull back facial skin towards the ear to make a person look younger. She said this was a case of it being “badly applied”. Her argument makes a lot of sense.

depends on various things, not all masks are the same, nor are all people and their sleeping positions.

I use CPAP every night for past 12yrs. Occasionally see strap marks in morning for say 30 min after waking up. Only see them if sleeping on my side or MASK IS TOO TIGHT.
This Biden story is BS. No way strap marks last for hours after removal. More likely special drug treatments or O2 just before going out in public.
