Eligible bachelors in the US dubbed “passport bros” are flocking to foreign countries after ditching the American dating pool in search of love overseas — much to the disgust of women on the internet.
On TikTok, the tag #passportbros has scored more than 422 million views, featuring clips of men parading their far-flung lovers online while advertising the growing trend.
The draw of dating abroad, according to unsatisfied singletons in the US, is finding a “traditional” wife. That is, women who are “raised to be good wives,” dress modestly and submit to their partners. Austin Abeyta is just one of many in the brotherhood who flaunts his prowess online, fondly referring to his travels as “the adventure of a lifetime.”

Yes they date in the woman’s country but many of these women probably expect the men to return the US after marriage. At least with the younger men, the retired ones might be a different story.

Yes that’s true too, American (or Western men) men are the gold standard of husbands. Most foreign men outside the US treat their women like crap by comparison. American woman don’t realize how lucky they are lol.
I know a guy who met a Christian Filipino woman online, went to the Philippines and married her and brought her back to the US. They’ve been happily married for several years. It was a culture shock for her, and a period of adjustment for both of them, but she slowly adapted to American life and they’re both happy.
They say Filipinas make excellent wives -loyal, caring and family oriented. A guy I know is happily married to one.
I’m a man, so I know how to judge men. Most young men in the U.S. today, I wouldn’t want my daughter or sister dating. (If I had one.) Yes, they may beat their wife, but they are wimps, they can’t do anything, and they have a completely wrong view of life. Sorry.

An easy way to weed out bad wife material is to be an alpha, and say, “no” and expect her to submit to you. If she gets upset at hearing “no” after a few times run far far away. However, if she stop nagging or accepts “no” she will respect you.
And foreign women... Every woman on earth now has a cell phone. If she has active social media accounts, move along.
Even if you're secular, you should insist your daughter or sister to date a religious man.
If you're a true alpha, you'll break up or divorce her the minute she stops respecting you for good. Just think about it. Do you think Donald Trump would put up with that from his wife?
I’m sure many American women have an equally negative view of some American men these days. The woman overseas however still think we make top notch husbands compared to their native men, however true or not that may be in reality.
There’s still plenty of good American girls left it’s just getting harder to find them.
Great advice. As a single woman, I just focus on working on me in every area. Odd times indeed.
