I traveled frequently in the 90s. Belgium, Germany, Italy, Turkey, England/Wales, France. It was interesting to visit a foreign country, but I was always thankful to return home to US soil. Germany and Wales are places I could live comfortably if necessary, but I haven't experienced living in the context of their government/taxes/regs. It's different when present for a business trip/vacation.

That’s not how healthcare works in the UK for rich people paying cash.
There a massive system for private health, some private systems have dozens of hospitals. They don’t have forever waitlist like NHS.
There are also private healthcare insurance policies
