So she called up city Hall and asked to speak to a manager...

I live 15 miles from Prosser.
There is a vocal group opposing a city bond referendum to build a new city hall complex that this group thinks is too large.
Not your normal Lib Karen complaining about some mundane BS. The smart money is that it was built by one or more City employees mocking this groups leader.
It seems she expressed an opinion regarding municipal spending, probably an opinion most of us could support or at least understand. The city bureaucrats seem to have retaliated or they wouldn’t have caved.
I think I’m with her.
