When people deflect like you just did, it means they are unable or unwilling to deal with a comment directly. Your deflection to Reagan does that. Reagan was an excellent human being. If he was a difficult guy to have as a dad, only his children can say.

I know for certain that Reagan would never have said this on broadcast television three days after the destruction of the World Trade Center while thousands of people were still unaccounted for by their frantic and panicking families:

I think he would have said that had he seen what degeneracy hot the nation. Thankfully he avoided the worst of it. I think Jerry Sr was probably a good guy or we would have heard about it by now.
