After I was homeless after the Alameda fire and my community burned, there were no motels, no where to go. I am old and tried sleeping in my car with a cat. Doesn’t work! I finally had to rent rooms with strangers and it was terrifying. It’s an absolute miracle that I am alive.

My sister works with Kenyan nurses, says they are very good workers unlike some others, and had good solid schooling back home in British style schools. But they can be pretty naive because back home they were sheltered. They don’t have it easy, it costs a lot for a Kenyan family to send one of their own to America to legally work here. They scrape up everything they have to send a family member here to work in hopes that she will succeed and then be able to help the others. Meanwhile, there young ladies who have studied so hard and struggled to get past all the legal barriers... get to treat these modern day entitled illegals who know how to manipulate our system and just sneak in.
Now this one meets a douchebag,too. Sounds. like she won’t ever be found alive. Her parents and siblings will never see her again because of this predatory slob.
