Not that it will actually matter to an imbecile like Cicilline, but correcting him that they are not constitutional rights would be a good start.

In an odd way, he's right. None of the school teachers at Parkland, Sandy Hook and Buffalo were allowed to exercise their 2nd Amendment rights to self-protection. And residents of Buffalo, like anywhere in NY State have draconian limits placed on how they exercise theirs.
