Your right, she was trying to cover what she felt would be an embarrassment for Democrats/communists. It was intentional! she was not confused.
Some of the things that saved me was theater/acting (I learned how to become someone else) and fraternities. You are forced into a social role and learn how to make and be a friend. It also forced me to appreciate people.
Oh...I see. :-)
Yes, I really can relate to your “healing process” much better now. :-)
I had, from your words, mistakenly concluded that you had merely been cursed, insulted and otherwise abused by those around you. How wrong I was :-)
I would have liked to act sometimes, too, and I have a hunch that it might have helped me.
Still, sometimes I fantasize about which roles in a play or a movie I would have identified with and would have liked to play.
Still, it’s nothing but daydreams, albeit amusing and heart-warming ones... :-)
Theater and TV gave me a chance to not be me which was a good thing. About the time I turned 21, everything changed. I went from eating about 10 foods to eating anything. I gained weight by lifting. I learned to not be obnoxious. I even dated a girl for 2 years. Luckily, she dumped me. She’s on her 4th or 5th husband now, the guy she dated before me.
I had been the head of every organization I have joined and I hate it. I don’t like being in charge. I don’t like stress but I do like to encourage people and people like that.
That sounds just so wonderful what happened in your life. So many good things have come your way, haven’t they?
It really warmed my heart, that not everybody autistic out there has a terrible life :-)
Of course, the learning process you had to go through might not always have been easy, I presume? However, as the old saying goes: no pain, no gain.
And I think you have been given a great reward for all the trials and tribulations you had to endure. How wonderful this is :-D
P. S.: sorry, I think I have to go to bed now, but it has been a special pleasure for me to have been talking to you tonight:-)
It's overdiagnosed (IMHO). Some people really do suffer with autism, but nowadays everyone deemed a little socially awkward is labeled "on the spectrum."
Life is what you make of it. When I was 17, I watched a child die while I was working on her in the ER. I didn’t affect me until now. I became a millionaire for no reason whatsoever. I set my goals and made them all.
So what is next? I have no idea and that worries me a bit.
This doesn't preclude it from being both, but I wouldn't jump straight to that assumption.
Well, I used two known factors in coming up with my conclusion/assumption:
1. She is part of the major media cesspool therefore she must be a Democrat/communist pawn, and
2. It is up to her directors or editors, Democrat/communist supporters, to provide the spin on a story.
She may be the sweetest girl in town but she is part of this story, and even though she created the meme, she is a very minor player with hardly a by-line in the whole episode.
