I think that is a different Saudi Prince.
There are quite a few of them, each rich beyond measure.

Musk is in a battle with Prince Waleed. Waleed was jailed by Crown Prince Salman and forced to give up some of his (ill-gotten?) fortune. Waleed is trying to block Musk’s control of Twitter, but has a stake smaller than Musk.
