Reason, this problem is apparently so widespread, and - is a religion - that the solution to the problem is posted here, along with some information to someone who can help.
Seeing from your personal page that you are most likely Roman Catholic - a religion notorious for this practice for hundreds of years - now wondering about the origin of your handle, and were you ever an alter boy?
