in this case, she did make the first move - she accepted an invitation to his apartment ‘for coffee’, alone, late at night, after a cocktail dinner. One kiss, according to the first version, apologized instantly and again the next day.

Exactly. Like I said above, she was sending signals. His "hey come up to my room for some coffee, followed by her acceptance was communication. Apparently, he realized their wires were crossed immediately. This isn't a case of "she shouldn't have been wearing that skirt". She screwed up as bad as he did. Even Huma doesn't claim it was an "assault", yet she still compares it to the (fake) Kavanaugh rape accusations.
