Some of the bystanders are heard entreating the man to calm down because according to them, his approach to the situation was wrong. Not necessarily. If a lot more men did this the numbers of adulteries might decrease.

Hey...we had a woman chase her live-in boy down the street with a Machete a few years back.....she caught him having sex with her teenage daughter! When neighbors learned of this everybody supported her.
