Several cars spun donuts in the middle of an intersection in Philadelphia just before midnight on Sunday, stopping traffic in both directions
Some onlookers set off fireworks as the cars, one of them a high-powered Dodge Charger, passed by
Police were on the scene, according to footage taken from the scene, but the crowd remained for several more stunts
One man even performed donuts around the cop car, before a group of the onlookers hopped onto the car and started dancing
Eventually, police were able to clear up the area and no one was injured in the incident, which comes amid rising crime in the City of Brotherly Love

maybe they can come together in brotherly love and make some movies, cops could say it is community outreach, and if properly managed it could be profitable for everyone.
I wouldn’t exactly call the cops helpless. They are forbidden from enforcing the law.

It’s no longer uncommon to hear of a cop losing his job, his pension, his reputation because he rightfully arrested somebody who has a strong Lobby sticking up for them.
A Cop has to look at a wild scene like this one and ask himself, if it’s worth enforcing the law as written with some particular city official now in office.
This stuff goes on nightly here in Minneapolis. Street racing, donut competitions, usually followed by gunfire and bystanders shot. Some have been killed.
Cops stand by and watch for fear of being accused of being racist if they step in and make arrests.
