I thought this was BS, and then I went to dinner on Sunday with a colleague of mine. We were at his house, and his girlfriend saw something on whatever SM thing she was using and then got her keys out.

She pulled one off and placed it on her forehead. It stayed in place. (They had both been vaccinated)

I tried the same thing, couldn’t do it. My buddy was totally skeptical and thought we were putting him on. He put the key on his forehead and it stuck, even when he tilted it slightly forward.

Curious to see if others have the new superpower?

Brass Key? Aluminum key?

What magnet attracts brass?

if it does, it is a very weak attraction.

Sebum is sticky. You know the trick where someone hangs a spoon from his nose?

Keys are normally not magnetic.

Nothing sticks to me and I made sure it was susceptible to magnetism. I’ve been fully vaccinated since March.

All of the keys I have are made of non-magnetic materials. Your colleague and his girlfriend must have very oily, very sloping foreheads for the keys to stick. Looks like you’re hanging out with a bunch of Neanderthal throwbacks. So easy, even a caveman can do it.

What kind of key?? None, that I know of, would stick to a magnet.

Who has steel car keys? Must be a new thing. πŸ™ƒ

My auntie who got the shot also said she is magnetic. She got the shot in March. What is the cause?

Males of average height have about 4 grams of iron in their body, females about 3.5 grams; children will usually have 3 grams or less. These 3-4 grams are distributed throughout the body in hemoglobin, tissues, muscles, bone marrow, blood proteins, enzymes, ferritin, hemosiderin, and transport in plasma.

The greatest portion of iron in humans is in hemoglobin.

Even if every molecule of iron in the human body was magnetized, there is not enough there to have the purported effect.

I remain extremely skeptical.

Also, I just remembered: Most keys are chrome plated brass, or aluminum, neither of which are ferrous (magnetically active).

You are all idiots.

1) Keys are made of brass, which is not magnetic.
2) your buddies girlfriend needs to take a shower
