In keeping with longstanding FR tradition I didn’t read it so I’ll guess. They all agreed to meet at starbucks for a latte and a poppy seed muffin, and are charged with conspiracy to disinform the public about the elections under the influence of drug precursor agents.

Rather thin gruel for a conspiracy charge. They just have text saying they were going to the protest. Where's the conspiracy to obstruct? They say they entered the building, but don't mention that they fought with the police.
This is a misdemeanor trespassing charge trumped up to a ludicrous felony conspiracy. In light of far more serious damage caused by BLM and Antifa (especially blinding Federal officers with lasers in Portland), this is political prosecution, nothing more.

Don’t know why the OP didn’t bother to explain that these 4 are the Proud Boys individuals charged in the 6 JAN incident at the Capitol.
First offense listed is conspiracy, and there are 6 (or 5) more.

If these people were tried in their own locales none would be convicted of more than trespassing or simple assault. They probably wouldn’t even be indicted.
But this is DC.
They’ll be indicted and tried in DC.
They can expect only hate from their jurors and judges.

23. In the course ofthese events, approximately 81 members ofthe Capitol and 58 members ofthe Metropolitan Police Department were assaulted. The Capitol suffered millions and residue from pepper of dollars in damage-including broken windows and doors, graffiti, spray, tear gas, and fire extinguishers deployed both by crowd members who stormed the Capitol media and by Capitol Police officers trying to restore order. Additionally, many members were assaulted and had cameras and other news-gathering equipment destroyed.Total BS!

64. Thirty minutes after first entering the Capitol on the west side, BIGGS and two of the Proud boys, among others, forcibly re-entered the Capitol through the other members Columbus Doors on the east side of the Capitol, pushing past at least one law enforcement officer and entering the Capitol directly in front of a group of individuals affiliated with the Oath Keepers.---------
"affiliated with the Oath Keepers"? Were they members? Did they enter the capital building? Wonder who actually wrote these words?
Remember, 1 full year of riots in major cities all over the USA, 2 trillion dollars of damage done and have you read about anyone who is actually convicted of a crime?

Yes. I noticed that.
I understood the illusion to the statement of the lawyer here in TX who made that famous statement, about indicting a ham sandwich.
