Some House lawmakers are privately refusing to work with each other. Others are afraid to be in the same room. Two members almost got into a fist fight on the floor. And the speaker of the House is warning that “the enemy is within.”

The “Reichstag Fire” narrative is poisonous and false but they’re going to keep pushing it as long as they think it’s a winning issue for them. (I kinda doubt that it is, but clearly the Democrat-Media Complex thinks it’s some kinda ultimate “gotcha” that’s going to finally and totally discredit the GOP, conservatives and Trump supporters once and for all.
Such absurdity.
Imagine for a second Republicans saying, “You Democrats bail out and promote looters and rioters and vandals who destroy our cities, attack our police and terrorize communities. We can’t just look past all that. We’re done with you.”
Or “Hey, you Democrats support, promote and fund the slaughter of the unborn... by the millions. We can’t just ignore or get past that.”
Prediction: it WILL get worse.
Just wait until they find out that the election was stolen.
Good. This is the way it ought to be when fundamental differences come to light, not guffawing over drinks after chamber debates. And such strained relationships are more apt to result in gridlock, the only blessing to come out of Congress.

Correct on all points. They have been told for years to stand up to those people and haven't done it. It is a real mess now and we're all going to have to pay for it.

I recommend handing out canes to all members of Congress. It should at least provide us with amusement.
Where was this democrat ‘outrage’ when people were being murdered and massive property destruction was happening in the Spring & Summer last year?
It’s not on their radar except as a talking point until it affects them. That’s the case with everything. The demonrats never even cared that “one of them” (as a congressman), Steve Scalise, was shot. The GOP supports amnesty and only uses issues such as abortion and CommieCare as election points. They vote themselves pay raises no matter what’s happening to people financially in such times as these. Big Gov just keeps getting bigger. And they’re all complicit in what’s happened to the culture over the past years. I have nothing but contempt for almost all of them. Gun rights just keep being eroded while they demand added security for their own precious hides.
Not to worry, the pubbies will be coming around to the Socialists thinking. Spineless pubbies!

BTW, according to the research writers of The Black Book of Communism, upon seizure of Russia, Communists (just like their contempories--Democrats) saw evil everywhere. The result: genocide and other crimes against humanity.
It’s a “politico” article, i.e., BS gaslighting. No one believes it and if House members aren’t getting along, I welcome it, they’ve been far too cozy with each other for too long.
I would very much like to see a couple of Democrats get punched in the mouth on the House floor.
