It, now being abundantly clear, from day one Mueller had no case against POTUS Trump, why couldn't a everyday citizen file a qui tam lawsuit against Mueller et al?
Because anyone who does will end up dead like Seth or have their house raided, end up bankrupt, loose their house and just lose in the end.
It have to be a major class action- but then they would get a deep state Judge and say they had no standing.
Because part of a qui tam suit is the the DOJ get’s the option to take the case over and prosecute it themselves (e.g. dismiss it).
Because this “everyday citizen”, doesn’t even know what qui tam means.
Explain it to me and I’ll do it.
+1
“Because anyone who does will end up dead like Seth or have their house raided, end up bankrupt, loose their house and just lose in the end.”
You know, we’ve all read stories about the Founding Fathers, the Revolution and all the risk they took against the strongest Empire the world and all that.
You know Valley Forge, impossible odds, Etc.
We Freepers all know that history, and we all tell ourselves had we lived back then, we would have been right there risking it all with Washington, Jefferson and Adams.
Fast forward to these days, I’ve listened to Rush for years, watched him take an unbelievable amount of flak from every direction, he’s still standing. Brave guy.
And now President Trump. He’s taken everything they got and more. None of us can hardly believe that he’s still standing.
Unbelievable Brave guy.
Don’t know. Maybe it’s time for us to do something, maybe even risk our houses, our fortunes, our lives.
Kinda like every time we proved Hussein isn't an American citizen.
Because (1) individual citizens dont have standing; (2) prosecutorial immunity; (3) Abracadabra and class action are terms with equal
Magical powers
Because this everyday citizen, doesnt even know what qui tam means.

I think I moored overnight near Gibson Island in the Chesapeake Bay next to another sailboat occupied by a young Vietnamese woman named Qui Tam. Perhaps she had a different name. ;-)
