Mueller didn't charge Trump — but his report is a brutal indictment

President Donald Trump has evaded criminal charges — but special counsel Robert Mueller’s report is a brutal indictment of his campaign and his presidency.

The first volume of the two-part, 448-page report details how Trump and his allies solicited, encouraged, accepted and benefited from the assistance provided by America's most storied foreign adversary as part of a multi-front assault on American democracy.

The other lays out comprehensive evidence that the president may have obstructed justice through what Mueller described as a "pattern of conduct" that included firing FBI Director Jim Comey, trying to remove Mueller, publicly praising and condemning witnesses, and seeking to limit the scope of the probe.

Taken in sum, Mueller's findings reveal three years of actions by Trump and his subordinates that critics say rattle the very foundations of the American system of governance, from the sacrosanct nature of democratic elections to the idea that no man, not even the president, is above the law...

Mueller did not charge Trump for one reason!

He could not find probable cause after a two year abuse of his investigative powers.

Mueller was NOT appointed by Rosenstein to investigate obstruction of justice in the firing of James Comey, he was appointed to prevent the press & Democrats from accusing the Trump administration of trying to shut down the Russia investigation by firing James Comey. The bitter irony of all this is that because Mueller could find no evidence of conspiracy or collusion, then there was no evidence that the crime was committed in the first place, therefore it was illegal to appoint a prosecutor to prosecute crimes under an adversarial system where he would try to gather evidence in the absence of any by bringing spurious ham sandwich crimes against Trump people then try to torture confessions out of them & hope they would give him evidence against Trump. All of which took focus off Hillary Clinton’s crimes & their cover-up. Fact is, Hillary Clinton was grossly negligent of national security & therefore she was hacked by numerous entities which had the very e-mails which Congress asked for & she didn’t provide. The fact that Trump joked about Russia turning over deleted e-mails to Congress was properly exposing the threat of a Clinton presidency, not some sort of soft collusion. Clinton was compromised and owned by the Russians & Trump was RIGHT to highlight this when he campaigned against crooked Hillary , who made a big mistake in destroying e-mails & obstructing an investigation when in fact, it was known that foreign entities would have the e-mails & could threaten her with them or imperil our national security by possessing something Congress & the Pentagon could not know our enemies possessed.
a further bitter irony is that James Comey testified under oath to say that he saw “no evidence of collusion” & at the time he was fired, he was not even investigating Trump because he saw no evidence to lead him there, making the Mueller investigation even more illegal & unnecessary because also Comey said the Steele dossier was “salacious & unverified” so that almost ALL the evidence Mueller took hold of was illegally gathered, but he used it to set perjury traps for people.

a prosecutor could indict a ham sandwich, but Mueller had nothing....which means there never even was enough evidence to appoint him in the first place, except to placate the fake news, which was working as an arm of the Obama administration & spreading lies to twist public opinion into believing an investigation was going on that was not going on & into believing that the Steele dossier was the truth.

“May have” isn’t the wording I would have used to describe a brutal indictment.

And yet weaponizing the IRS, using the DOJ and FBI to spy on and attempt to take down a duly elected President, a Secretary of State in a previous administration taking pay for play “donations”, the previous President actively attempting to undermine a sitting President, and on and on and on did not “rattle the very foundations of the American system of governance”? Well, that is educational.

Yeah cause being pissed off that you are being accused of TREASON obviously means you are guilty of something. I want to see how Obama, Clinton, or any of their hired goons would have reacted if a Republican had made a phony dossier about them and Republicans had spent the majority of their presidency having non stop investigations about them, if they would have been cool as a cucumber..and gee the commie left acts like Russia has never meddled in elections before..Id LOVE to know if they meddled in the 2012 election, the 2008 election..did Obama REALLY win, good question..oh yeah of course since messiah Obama won, no meddling happened of course

Any response to any MSM talking points posting supporting impeachment when being reported should contain the word pervert or its variations where applicable applied to the reporting source.

Two important takeaways from the report that Mueller wrote.

1. He found no evidence of any coordination or collusion or “working with” the russians.

2. He was not IN ANY WAY impeded, stopped, or obstructed from his investigation — he cites NO possibilities that someone hid something from him that would have made any difference to any of his findings.

So, we are left with no crime or even non-crime, and no obstruction of the actual investigation.

Some people say that you can’t be guilty of obstruction if there is no crime. I just say you can’t be guilty of obstruction if THERE WAS NO OBSTRUCTION.

It makes NO DIFFERENCE if your actions could have been attempts to obstruct, or if your actions were similar to acts that might be taken by someone trying to obstruct. If nothing was obstructed, there is no obstruction, and it is impossible to charge a person for something that did not happen.

Mueller needs be hung, period, end of story. This report is nothing more than a suggestion to his pals in the anti trump group to continue this insane push to get rid of him. When the time comes, make sure there is a clear path for him to a scaffold at the Navy Yard.

I cannot wait to see him with his box of personals heading out the door.

They can’t win and it’s embarrassing either way. They have two choices:

1. Concede they were wrong and look like cheap propagandist morons.

2. Double down and be more hysterical even if their position is weaker than ever.

SMH. On CNN they were even claiming “we were right all along!”. What? THAT is what you get out of this report???

They try to raise the slightest detail to the level of genocide without realizing just how absurd they sound. They ignore the presumption of innocence, that an investigation rarely “exonerates” somebody but only tries to argue guilt, which in this case, resulted in no evidence of even a crime being committed. Yet they continue like rabid idiots as though this justifies their insanity.

We are living in a make believe world. These people think they can conjure up a reality of their making and think we’re all too stupid to know it.

Given how much Mexico, Canada, and the EU has provided to the Dems, I really just don't care.
